Privacy Policy

Timeshare Sales Training is run by Kaleo McCabe in Honolulu, Hawaii ("we", "us"). This page explains what information our website collects, why we collect it, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have. It covers tssalestraining.com and its copy at timeshare-sales-training.pages.dev.

What we collect

1. What you type into our forms

You can ask for Kaleo's free training through the pop-up form, the form on our home page, the form on our free training page, or the form inside the chat assistant. Depending on the form, we ask for:

• Email address (required)
• Where you sell, picked from a list of locations (required)
• First name (optional)
• Phone number (optional, only if you want a call back)

When you send a form, we also record the date and time, which form you used, the page you were on, the website that sent you to us, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example, which post or ad brought you here). If you use the form inside the chat assistant, we also keep the first question you asked the assistant (up to 200 characters), so we know what you were looking for.

2. Messages you send to the chat assistant

The chat assistant on our home page sends your message, along with the last few messages of the same conversation, to our chat service on Cloudflare. An AI model run by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Workers AI) writes the reply. We do not save your conversations or keep a transcript. The conversation lives in your open browser tab and is gone when you close or reload the page. Our analytics only record that the chat was opened and how long each message was, never what you wrote. Cloudflare handles the messages under its own privacy terms while it produces the reply.

Please do not type passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal information into the chat.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours collects some information when you visit:

• Google Analytics records pages you view, how you got here, the type of device and browser you use, your approximate location (based on your IP address), and actions such as clicking a link to our Skool community or YouTube channel, opening the chat, or sending a form.
• The Meta Pixel (from the company behind Facebook and Instagram) records page views and the same kinds of actions (such as sending a form, opening the chat, or clicking through to our Skool community or YouTube channel). This helps us measure our ads and show our posts and ads to people who visited the site.
• We never put your email address, phone number, or chat messages into these analytics or ad events.
• Our hosting and delivery providers receive your IP address and basic browser information when your browser loads the site, as happens on any website. This includes the services that host the site and the services that deliver its fonts and code libraries (Google Fonts, jsDelivr, and cdnjs).

Cookies and browser storage

Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel use cookies and similar tools to tell visits apart and measure ads. Our own site stores one small note in your browser that remembers whether you already sent or closed the free training pop-up, so it does not keep appearing. That note does not contain your email or any other personal details.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use a private window, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. You can manage how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. The site still works if you block these tools.

How we use your information

• To email you Kaleo's free training and the details of the weekly LIVE Sales Lab, as you asked.
• To call you back, but only if you gave us your phone number.
• To understand which pages, videos, and posts help sales reps most, so we can improve them.
• To measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
• To keep the site working and to block spam and abuse.

Who helps us run the site

We use a few outside services. Each one gets only what it needs to do its job:

• Google stores form submissions in a private Google Sheet (through Google Sheets and Google Apps Script) and runs Google Analytics.
• Cloudflare hosts timeshare-sales-training.pages.dev, runs the code that receives our forms and chat messages, and provides the AI model behind the chat assistant.
• Hostinger hosts tssalestraining.com.
• Meta provides the Meta Pixel described above.
• Skool hosts our community. If you join or visit it, Skool collects your information under its own privacy policy, and we see what Skool shows to community owners.
• An email service. We may add an email service provider to send our training emails. If we do, it will receive only what it needs to send them, such as your email address, first name, and location.

Links to Skool, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram take you to sites we do not control; their own privacy policies apply there. We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

We never sell your info

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent, trade, or give our email list to anyone. The only outside parties that see your information are the services listed above, and only so they can do their part.

Your choices

• Stop our emails: every marketing email we send will tell you how to unsubscribe. You can also email kmccabe@timesharesalestraining.net with "unsubscribe" at any time.
• See, correct, or delete your information: email kmccabe@timesharesalestraining.net and tell us what you would like. We will confirm by email once it is done. We may ask you to reply from the same email address so we know the request is really yours.
• Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have more privacy rights under local law. Email us and we will honor them.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions while we are sending you training and following up, or until you ask us to delete them. We do not keep chat conversations. Google and Meta keep analytics data according to their own retention settings.

Keeping it safe

Form submissions go over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) into a private Google Sheet that only our team can open. The connection between our site and that sheet is protected by a secret key. No website can promise perfect security, but we take sensible steps to protect what you share with us.

Children

This site is for adults who work in or are getting into timeshare sales. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Visitors outside the United States

We are based in Hawaii, and the services we use store information in the United States and other countries. If you visit from outside the United States, your information will be handled there.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
